About the Role


We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen and a passion for contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing organization.


Responsibilities

 - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

 - Provide strategic financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

 - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

 - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

 - Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital.

 - Implement strategies to improve overall financial health.

 - Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

 - Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

 - Coordinate and manage external audits.

 - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws.

 - Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

 - Provide insights to support long-term financial sustainability.

 - Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

 - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
