About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to promote the American Offshore Wind Academy's programs, initiatives, and events. As a remote role, the Marketing and Communications Manager will communicate with stakeholders, create engaging content, manage social media accounts, plan and execute b2b and b2c events, and work with the team to manage and improve the website’s content.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to write content aligned with branding and messaging guidelines

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and project management skills

  • Experience with social media management, event planning, media relations, and website content management systems

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Experience with renewable energy, offshore wind, and environmental initiatives is a plus
