Amy McGinty

Vice President, Vestas North America

Amy McGinty is Vice President of Offshore Construction for Vestas North America, where she is responsible for the leadership, management and overall safe and successful execution of Vestas offshore construction projects in the United States. Prior to joining Vestas in April 2022, Amy was the Chief Corporate Officer for Vineyard Wind where she managed the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization including financing, cost and budget control, revenue management, IT, HR, and other corporate functions for the joint venture between Avangrid Renewables and CIP. Amy has been in the wind industry for over 20 years, previously with Avangrid Renewables, where she held various operations and management roles and was responsible for asset management and operational strategies for Avangrid’s 65+ onshore wind farms in the US. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science & Technology with a concentration in Energy from James Madison University, and currently lives in Boston with her husband and 2-year-old son.
